Many rules allow for beer pong distractions, or beer pong "psyche-outs". This allows for the defending team to attempt to make the offensive team to miss.
Potential Distraction Levels:
» No Covering of the Cups - Distractions are allowed, but the defending team must not interfere with the playing surface. The boundaries become the table edges, and the defending team cannot reach over the edge of the table.
» Anything Goes - Distractions are allowed, the defending team can do anything they desire over the playing surface. However, if the defending team touches any ball in play while over the playing surface, the shot is counted as a made shot, and one cup is removed from the defending side.
» No Female Advantage - Distractions are allowed, but females are not allowed to show private areas. Not recommended.
